Pick your package, enter your pickup and drop-off location(s), then send the booking to us on WhatsApp — we'll confirm your timing from there.
Our packages are flat and islandwide: Standard $68, VIP Signature $128, and VIP Supercar $188. Standard adds $10 per extra drop-off; VIP packages include unlimited drop-offs. Your fare is always confirmed on WhatsApp before a driver is dispatched.
Yes. Advance booking is recommended for weekends, public holiday eves, and major events.
No charge if you cancel before the driver arrives. A $30 cancellation fee applies if you cancel after the driver has reached your pickup location.
No worries — let us know and we'll wait. After a 15-minute grace period, a waiting fee of $15 per 15 minutes applies.
Yes. On the Standard package, extra stops are $10 each. VIP Signature and VIP Supercar include unlimited drop-offs at no extra charge.

By booking Hi Valet, you authorise the assigned driver to operate your vehicle for the duration of the trip. Your fare is always confirmed before the trip begins — no surprises.
Cancellation fees apply if you cancel after the driver has arrived ($30). A waiting fee of $24 per 30 min applies if you are not ready within a reasonable time. Off-hours bookings (before 9PM or after 5AM) carry a $60 surcharge.
