The Standard Package is $108 on weekends and public-holiday eves, and $88 midweek (Mon–Thu) — islandwide, confirmed on WhatsApp before a driver is dispatched. Extra drop-offs are +$10. Lowered or modified cars add +$60 (HiValet Care). Supercars are $188, exotics $785, and keeping an hourly driver is $130/hr.
Yes. Advance booking is recommended for weekends, public holiday eves, and major events.
No charge if you cancel before the driver arrives. A $30 cancellation fee applies if you cancel after the driver has reached your pickup location.
No worries — let us know and we'll wait. A waiting fee of $24 per 30 minutes applies after a reasonable grace period.
Yes. Extra stops are charged at $10 per stop when they deviate from the direct route.
For on-demand bookings, you may wait, accept priority pricing, or cancel if a driver cannot be secured.
By booking Hi Valet, you authorise the assigned driver to operate your vehicle for the duration of the trip. Your fare is always confirmed before the trip begins — no surprises.
Cancellation fees apply if you cancel after the driver has arrived ($30). A waiting fee of $24 per 30 min applies if you are not ready within a reasonable time. Off-hours bookings (before 9PM or after 5AM) carry a $60 surcharge.
